Consuelo U.D. issued its charter, officially making it the 325th Lodge under the Grand Lodge of California.

Jesse D. Middleton installed as the 126th Master of Consuelo No. 325

Consuelo No. 325 constituted by Bro. W. J. Mossholder, P.M.

Dispensation for the formation of a new Lodge had, by direction of the Grand Master been issued by the Grand Lodge of California to Consuelo in Escondido, San Diego county.
